Plans​
Crontify offers four plans. All plans include email alerting.

Upgrading or changing plans​
Go to Billing in the dashboard and click Get [Plan] on any paid plan. Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing — you are charged or credited the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Managing your subscription​
On the Billing page, click Manage Subscription to:
- Change your plan
- Update payment method
- View invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Monitor limits​
If you reach your plan's monitor limit, you cannot create new monitors until you upgrade or delete existing ones. Existing monitors continue running normally.
Channel limits on downgrade​
If you downgrade to a plan that doesn't include Slack, Discord, or Webhook channels, those channels are paused — alerts are suppressed until you upgrade again. Your channel configuration is preserved.
Cancellation​
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.
